SHOP FLOW SIMULATION

Using Flexsim2017 a manufacturing cell was duplicated and two different flow work methods were investigated. 

Improved plant layout

After careful observance of the work operation, a new plant layout was suggested in addition to balanced workflows for several workers.

Product Concept Prototyping

Using 3D Modeling and Printing, product concepts have been created for several clients to prove their design at low cost before proceeding to market.
